Biography Dorothea Conyers was born in Fedamore, Co. Limerick as Dorothea Spaight Blood-Smyth (1873-1949). She married her first husband, Charles Conyers, an army officer who was killed in action, in 1892. In 1917, John Joseph White became her second husband.
